Social Media & Sales Support Manager

As experts in national park travel, we at National Park Trips started our company to make it easier for people to plan their dream vacations to national parks like Yellowstone, Yosemite, Grand Canyon, Rocky Mountain, Zion, Great Smoky and Olympic. Every year, we help more than 10 million travelers plan a national park road-trip vacation.

The Sales and Social Media Manager is responsible for sales support and social media management. This includes 50% coordinating client deliverables and reporting back to clients on metrics, 50% managing Facebook and Instagram accounts and launching additional social media channels with the goal to drive NPT and client web traffic.

Within 1 month, you will:

• Train on NPT processes for Facebook
• Manage NPT Instagram account
• Familiarize yourself with partner destinations, attractions, etc. along each of our iconic road trips to national parks
• Work with sales, editorial and digital team members to grasp our integrated sales program
• Demonstrate ability to obtain client deliverables and share campaign results
• Manage internal reporting for newsletters, eblasts, Facebook, trip planner requests, lead generation, etc.

Within 6 months, you will:

• Become the post-sales face of NPT to clients, managing workflow, processes and systems of client deliverables including advertisements, digital campaigns, targeted leads, etc.
• Generate and deliver digital campaign metrics to clients
• Coordinate deliverables with sales, editorial, digital, ad ops, print production staff and clients
• Manage the National Park Trips two Facebook accounts and Instagram account making multiple paid and editorial posts on a daily basis.
• Launch additional social media accounts to drive new web traffic and awareness of National Park Trips
• Update monthly general Google Analytics data and quarterly client Google Analytics reporting
• Occasional special assignments such as client prospecting, mailings, etc.

What You bring to Outside: (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience managing social media accounts with a strong interest in social strategy and trends 2 years experience
• Experience with client and sales support in a deadline-driven environment, with client communication over the phone and email
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in project management, Google Suite, Google Analytics, Excel, Powerpoint and SalesForce a plus
• Photoshop knowledge is a plus
• Interest in national parks and a fan of road tripping
• Strong team player who can work independently
• Excellent ability to multitask and be organized when working on several different projects simultaneously
• Type-A attention-to-detail, process oriented, excellent communication and time management skills
• Focused self-starter who takes initiative and proactively seeks answers and solutions
• Service-minded orientation with a client-first ethos
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds

Entirely remote jobs that could be performed in Colorado: Employees can expect to be paid a salary of between $60,000 to $75,000. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission . Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, Flexible Time Away, sick leave, and more.
