Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Manage the front desk, including receiving packagess and shipments
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Assist with receptionist duties, such as answering phone calls and directing inquiries
- Maintain records and files in an organized manner
- Perform general office management tasks, such as ordering supplies and managing inventory
Skills:
- Previous experience in a fast paced office is preferred
- Strong customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction
- Proficient in calendar management and scheduling software
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic administrative tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and files
