About the Role

The Creative Project Manager is responsible for not only planning and scheduling marketing initiatives but is able to bring new ideas and creative approaches to enhance effective marketing solutions and strategies. In this role, the Creative Project Manager must be able to identify the skills and resources to deliver initiatives on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates internal resources for the flawless execution of projects
• Develops project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensures resources availability and allocation
• Enable and support creative branding, advertising, and marketing messages
• Understands good design and smart copy
• Recognizes trends and fresh approaches to advertising
• Develops briefs and detailed project plans to track progress
• Measures project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
• Reports and escalates to management as needed
• Performs risk management to minimize project risks
• Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation
• Regular status reporting to track project progress against goals, objectives, and timelines
• Understands, displays, and embraces the company culture
• Has frequent contact and communicates with employees and client contacts

Requirements

• BA Marketing or equivalent years’ experience Certified Project Manager
• Demonstrated history leading a team from project conception through implementation.
• Strong working knowledge of project management tools (Asana or similar)
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience in Paid and Owned Media (Display, Paid/Organic Social, Video, Site Design, Email)
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ working experience as a Project Manager in Marketing
• Ability to interact with employees, vendors, external personnel in a professional manner
• Ability to effectively manage tasks with minimal supervision
• Must be diligent and persistent in follow-up and completion of multiple projects by monitoring each participating department
