Job Scope: Broad responsibility to assess and develop company culture designed to create work environments where employees feel empowered to produce their best work. Responsible to track, document, and report employee experiences from the initial recruitment through termination.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
  • Tracks and analyzes various employee initiatives designed to improve business performance over time and develops opportunities to track and improve financial return on investments with respect to employee programs.
  • Coordinates employee experiences at various events and develops programs designed to help employees feel welcomed and appreciated. Functions as an employee advocate to ensure employees experiences in the company promotes loyalty and a sense of inclusion.
  • Designs and implements employee surveys and gathers feedback to find opportunities for continuous improvement with respect to company culture, technical tools, and physical work environment.
  • Develops employee communication strategies such as internal news announcements, newsletters, emails, leadership interaction and other opportunities to help keep employees informed and engaged.
  • Develops employee resources for New Hire Employee Orientation. Manages various employee-centered sites on the company’s internal intranet where employees can go for information.
  • Manages the company’s mentorship program and coordinates mentorship opportunities with management from the various departments. Collaborates with managers to create mentorship opportunities.
  • Organizes company events designed to contribute to positive employee experiences. Sponsors these events and coordinates them with the company’s Events Manager.
  • Partners with the Training Department to develop training opportunities designed to contribute to improved employee experiences. Creates training content and materials to develop and build training programs specifically for improving employee experiences.
  • Assists the Training Department perform needs assessments to create training requirements and programs for various key stages of employees’ experience cycles. Assists in scheduling various training events and programs. Coordinates and communicates various training events.
  • Follows prescribed legal guidelines and requirements.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills and Experience:
Two or more years of experience creating and managing programs designed to improve employee experiences in a technology environment and utilize software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or other design tools is required. Must have experience with content management systems such as SharePoint and survey tools such as Qualtrics or similar survey applications/tools.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Must have proven ability to collaborate with others to understand and complete project goals.
Must have excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communications skills and be able to professionally interact with employees at all levels of the company.
Must have excellent time management and decision-making skills and be able to prioritize and organize tasks and projects.
Must have strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing timelines effectively.
Must have proven ability to identify, analyze, and recommend solutions to complex problems.
Must be able to pay attention to detail and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and works effectively and collaboratively across various departments to meet goals and deadlines.
Must have highly developed and creative problem-solving skills.
Education/ Licensing/Certification:
Graduation from an accredited institution with a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Human Resources, Marketing, Business or a related field or any combination of education and/or experience based on the table above is required.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods at a time.

Physical Requirements:

This position requires you to sit, stand and perform general office functions. You may also be required to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Bending, stooping and reaching are also frequently required.
