Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Manager to support the Director of Operations in optimizing the operational functions of our aesthetics business. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role will be responsible for assisting with project and program management, owning daily operational support via Studio Support, building and implementing inventory solutions for non-medical supplies, coordination and delegation within the Operations team, supporting process optimization efforts, and ensuring seamless operations across all locations, inclusive of new studio openings.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Program Management Support:
• Coordinate various operational projects aimed at improving efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and client satisfaction efforts across the business.
• Support the development of project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure timely execution and delivery of results.
• Collaborate with team members across the business to monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Team Support:
• Provide support to the Director of Operations by fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement among operational teams.
• Assist in setting performance objectives and providing regular feedback and coaching to team members to support their professional development.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and cohesion among different operational teams.
Studio Support:
• Collaborate with the Director of Operations to address studio support requests, ensuring timely resolution within established SLAs.
• Assist in implementing efficient triaging processes to prioritize and escalate support issues as needed, minimizing downtime and disruptions.
•. Identify areas of process improvement, partnering with the Operations Process Lead as needed to faciliate lasting streamlined solutions that can support the business at scale.
New Studio Openings Assistance:
• Support the planning and execution of new studio openings in coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transitions and exceptional outcomes.
• Assist in developing standardized processes and protocols for new studio launches to ensure consistency and brand compliance.
• Aid in the training and onboarding of new team members, ensuring they are fully equipped to deliver exceptional service from day one.
Inventory Management:
• Aid in implementing and maintaining effective inventory management systems to optimize stock levels and minimize wastage.
• Assist in enforcing inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Assist in analyzing inventory metrics and recommending strategies to improve turnover and reduce carrying costs.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in an operational role or similar capacity, preferably in the aesthetics or retail industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic understanding of project management tools.
