Basics specs (can be tweaked/modified):

The Project Manager role is responsible for the overall project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, project accounting and controls for commercial & retail projects. Will also be responsible for providing technical direction and assuring compliance with quality standards.

This position is required to perform the following functions:

• Maintain overall responsibility for safety, quality and cost of each project
• Manage all contract documents and administration
• Prepare and oversee all required submittals
• Provide hands on management of all subcontractors, manpower, equipment, material ordering and create and maintain project schedule
• Responsible for the development of submission of applications for payment, claims and project change order documentation
• Monitor project performance by using appropriate tools and techniques
• Finalize vendor and subcontractor contracts
• Attend and participate in field job meetings and provide customer with any scheduling conflicts related to site work and various trades

Required

• Valid Driver’s License
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to plan and organize a team effort
• Effective time management and logistical decision-making ability
• Possess a strong focus on Safety and Quality
• Capable of handling multiple tasks and working well under pressure/deadlines
• Ability to read and fully understand construction drawings
• Proficiency in utilizing – MS Office, MS Project and/or other project management software

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
