We are currently looking for a highly motivated Office Administrator to join our Washington, DC based team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support Oxford’s head of US Office and Life Science and the regional corporate office staff. Your positive attitude and superior customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills will be key to your success in this role. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for: Managing the reception desk by greeting visitors and answering incoming calls, coordinating mail, deliveries, and shipments. Coordinating and scheduling meetings Providing administrative support including assisting with creating presentations and meeting materials to staff and other administrative duties as needed. Coordinating/booking travel arrangements and filing of expense reports for staff, as requested. Managing and maintaining office supplies and accounts payable including processing invoices Planning and organizing team events such as holiday parties, summer outings, retreats, volunteering, etc. Building strong relationships across the organization partnering with internal and external stakeholders To succeed in this role, you: Have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a previous administrative capacity Completed an undergrad or college degree Possess proven work experience in a front office handling receptionist responsibilities Must have exceptional computer software skills for word processing, spreadsheets, presentations and database management i.e. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and the Internet Have solid communication skills, both written and verbal Are resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise Thrive in organizations that constantly evolve and adapt; Embrace collaborative sharing of knowledge within a team environment; Driven to achieving results and continuously striving to deliver the highest performance through creative thinking Our story: Oxford Properties Group (“Oxford”) is a leading global real estate investor, asset manager and business builder.
