Summary of Job Duties:
Preparation and completion of all gaming audits which includes Table Games & Slots. Daily, Monthly, Semi-Annual and Annual Gaming Compliance audits. Daily supervision of the Count Team
Specific and Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
- Ensure compliance with regulations and internal controls with respect to gaming audit procedures
- Schedule and assist with Table Games count and Slot drop and count
- Assist with GCA/Ticket Redemption Drop & Count
- Schedule and supervise the count team, ensuring accuracy of all duties performed
- Process gaming audits: Slots, Table Games & Cage
- Prepare and perform Daily, Monthly, Semi-Annual and Annual Gaming Compliance audits
- Maintain slot machine records (removal, updating and adding to system)
- Establish and maintain procedures and regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- General knowledge of mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division

- Basic knowledge of computer software to include Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as office equipment, i.e. telephone, copier, fax machine
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
Required:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year of related experience
- Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
Preferred:
- Bilingual, English as the primary or secondary language
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Outlook, Power Point, Word) and Adobe software, including constructing spreadsheets, use of formulas and formatting
- Experience working in a similar resort setting
Licenses:
- Gaming registration
