Ozark Home Pros Design Consultants sell home improvements to homeowners that love their home and want to see it made better.
Using a sales philosophy of service, we work to understand the unique challenges faced by each homeowner and then help find a solution using our services to meet their goals.
We're looking for people who like selling (but aren't salesy) who want to work within a positive environment for a worthy cause.
Experience with selling home improvement products is helpful but not required. We believe that the long-term relationship is more important than the short-term sale, and we're all working for the good of the organization and the best interest of our clients.
By leveraging our top-tier call center for appointment qualification and confirmation, along with the resources of a design center and warehouse located in Springdale, you will have the support to streamline your sales efforts even further.

Job Type : Sales Pay : $75,000
Compensation Package :
100% Commission pay with uncapped earnings.
Additional commission for leads you bring in and sell.
Upsell opportunities, monthly, and yearly bonuses based on sales and performance.
Requirements :
Must be located near Springdale, AR or able to relocate.
Meet and exceed sales targets.
Attend sales meetings and trainings.
Must have reliable transportation for covering the NWA region.
