Position Summary
The Housekeeping position is responsible for the cleanliness of the interior of the apartment community including office and clubroom areas, models, vacated apartments, laundry rooms, fitness centers, mail box areas and other common areas. The Housekeeping position will assist with the preparation of vacant apartments to make them market-ready for new residents. In addition, this position will be responsible for the general upkeep of the apartment community and share in the responsibility for its appearance and safety. The ideal candidate will be dependable; customer service oriented and have good cleaning skills.
