Our Ideal Candidate:
- 1 year experience in HVAC Service and Maintenance, or experience in electrical, plumbing,or mechanical trades required
- Is dependable self – starter
- Mechanically inclined, understands diagnostic workflows
- Provides exceptional customer service
- Possesses leadership qualities
- Wants to learn new ideas, methods and perspectives
- Commits to daily workflow to meet scheduled appointments
Requirements:
- Highly organized and motivated
- Excellent communication skills
- Works well with all teams and support personnel
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Must have valid driver's license and be able to pass pre-employment background check
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25-$50 Per Hour wage with Bonus and Commission opportunities.
