Our Memphis based team is looking for an Entry Level Event Assistant to join our team and serve as the link between our clients and their customers. The Entry Level Event Assistant will use their energy and enthusiasm to expand our clients brand awareness in the local area by creating engaging events that aim to captivate a wide range of audiences. Communication skills are a must for this position, along with a strong desire to learn a wide range of professional skills.
Entry Level Event Assistant Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of each event
- Execute the set-up of each event, including displays and inventory
- Facilitate customer interactions throughout the event on behalf of our clients
- Participate in training opportunities to stay up to date on our clients
- Maintain a professional event space at all times
- Create a welcoming environment that encourages customers to ask questions and learn more about our clients and their services
- Track and report all sales to senior management
Entry Level Event Assistant Qualifications:
- Experience working with a team to successfully execute an event or project
- At least 1 year of experience working in a customer service, sales or similar position
- A desire to work in a hands-on environment with various opportunities to continue learning and expanding your professional skill-sets
- A comfortability in a leadership or mentor role
- The ability to work full time & travel locally
