Who We Are Today - PJWS
For more than 40 years our organization has been a specialist in our products. In fact, we are the only company in the world specializing in clutch return spring packs for automotive transmissions. This laser sharp focus, combined with the effort of great people, has enabled us to be the global leader in our market. We believe this product area will be a contributor to our business for years to come, but we also know the market changes brought on by the increased use of electric vehicles means there must be a deliberate focus on, “what’s next.”
Our Growth Philosophy
To us, “what’s next” isn’t just what’s beyond clutches in automatic transmissions; what’s next is creating a new culture where we consistently look to out-innovate our own products or manufacturing processes. We will expand our focus into other spring assembly markets, while still maintaining ownership of both product development and manufacturing process development. Growth comes from leveraging our existing strengths. We don’t grow our sales for the sake of growing revenue and being a larger organization.
