**Overview:** We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative tasks and possess strong computer skills. **Duties:** - Manage office operations and provide administrative support - Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence - Maintain office filing systems and databases - Assist with order entry and invoicing - Coordinate events and meetings - Provide customer support and address inquiries - Assist with project coordination and tracking - Transcribe meeting minutes and other documents **Experience:** The ideal candidate should have experience or knowledge in the following areas: - Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial transactions - Familiarity with Google Suite for office productivity - Previous experience in a dental office setting (nice-to-have) - Event planning skills for organizing office events - Strong customer support background - Order entry experience for managing inventory - Ability to assist as a personal assistant to management - Project coordination skills for managing tasks efficiently - Transcription abilities for documenting meetings accurately - Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office suite This position offers a competitive salary, opportunities for professional growth, and a supportive work environment.
