As a Breakdown Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
Working in a fast pace environment that offers daytime and occasional after-hours support to help drivers with breakdown situations
Execute vendor management program, negotiate pricing for tires, parts and services when needed.
Create repair orders within Dossier
Work closely with other members of the maintenance department in strategic planning, organizing, and executing plans.
Communicate breakdowns, accidents, and incidents promptly to fellow coordinators, Operations, Safety, and Risk Management personnel

Desired Skills & Experience
This position is ideal for someone that has served as a service writer, parts department representative at an automotive or heavy duty dealership, or has acted as a liaison between the customer and the mechanic.
1-3yrs of experience required
Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office- training will be provided for required programs
Experience with Freightliner trucks is highly preferred
Problem solving skills with minimum supervision is a must
Must be punctual and display excellent time management skills
Experience with heavy duty diesel engines and tractor/trailer maintenance is a plus!
