As an Application Support Analyst working on Poker Power, you will be instrumental in ensuring the users of our mobile app have the best possible experience. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, is resourceful in their problem-solving skills, and is able to think creatively. This individual will work together with the Poker Power business team to provide both local and remote support, and will take on tasks that require clear communication and completion in a timely manner. We want someone who has a passion for setting a high performance bar and thrives in an energetic team environment.

You'll be responsible for:

• Providing application support to the users of our Poker Power mobile app
• Working with the Poker Power mobile application team to communicate issues and advocate for the app's user community
• Being one of the first mobile app users to try out new features and provide critical feedback to the application development team

You'll gain loads of experience in this role but before you do, you should have:

• Interest in, and a good working knowledge of, the game of Poker. Specifically Texas Hold'em.
• 2 years of experience working in a technology support role, ideally in application support
• Experience working with a software development team and providing feedback on newly developed features
• Experience with a ticket-based support platform
• Outstanding communication skills
