About the Market Principal Opportunity:
We are currently seeking a candidate to fill the position of Market Principal in Sun Valley, ID. The position will report to the Chief Revenue Officer and lead market sales for the Sun Valley region. Primary responsibilities are to nurture and develop relationships with prospective buyers and ultimately sell ownership of second homes in the regional market. The ideal candidate will have deep, proven success in driving in-person, consultative sales. This is a high touch relationship-based sales approach, and qualified candidates will have and develop strong social contacts and a professional network in the local market. This position will partner with local market real estate brokers in order to develop an additional channel for customer referrals. Interested candidates must be residents of the Sun Valley area and have a valid real estate license.
What You'll Do:
- Drive revenue growth through all demand channels
- Primary responsibility to work directly with customers and prospective customers to convert membership interests in Pacaso homes
- Develop, maintain and execute demand generation plans aligned with business goals
- Develop a deep understanding of customers, products and the buyer’s journey
- Empower real estate agents as salespeople for the company, which includes partnerships, training, certification and sales enablement
- Deliver on revenue and service level demand goals. The sales functions will be responsible for demand conversion, as well as interfacing with real estate agents
- Work closely with CRO to inform and help create demand channels that align with the company’s strategic initiatives from quarter to quarter, and execute against that plan
- Drive scale and profitability through demand channels by meeting/exceeding outlined company goals
- Collaborate with marketing leadership to create and execute winning marketing strategies to drive growth
- Inspire customer success and deliver on the customer value proposition, without sacrificing firm profitability targets
- Maintain a customer-first focused approach, whereby we relentlessly obsess over the customer
- Effectively resolve customer success functions – must be comfortable with conflict, addressing issues, and solving problems in a practical and healthy manner
