Position Summary:

Job Functions / Responsibilities
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software problems on Workstations and Laptops at multiple locations
- Represent Kenworth Division and Renton Division IT on global PACCAR IT projects, as assigned
- Work with IT Operations managers and teams to develop Kenworth PC/LAN strategy
- Manage assets, including asset inventory, topology, and related documentation and technical specifications
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures and associated training plans for system administration and appropriate use
- Communicate to different groups of audiences
- Support group permission assignments as request
- Identify automation solutions to develop efficient daily task and process
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Balance time between 2 divisions (Kirkland & Renton)
- Support deployed system(s)
