What is PACE North? PACE stands for Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly. We are new and unique option for individuals 55 and older who qualify for nursing facility level of care and wish to remain in their homes as they age. What does that mean? We care for the elderly in daily both our state-of-the-art day center on Garfield near Hammond during regular business hours and as needed in their home. Never heard of us before? That’s okay, we’re new to the region. We began serving the elderly in 2019 and our service model is so popular it’s growing quickly!

What does a RN Care Manager at PACE North do? You can expect to perform primary nursing care in our on-site clinic at the PACE North Center on Garfield during regular business hours. Yes, you read that correctly, regular business hours! You'll also be a part of our interdisciplinary care planning process, and either perform or ensure appropriate treatments and therapies. There's also the normal charting, recordkeeping and compliance work that comes with running a great clinic! This position also includes an on-call rotation.
Requirements
What qualifications should you bring to the table? We’re looking for that special person who loves serving others with a positive approach and has a current Michigan RN license. We’d appreciate at least 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in a clinic setting. It's also helpful if you've had some experience working with our frail and/or elderly population. A CPR certification is also important, but we can train here at the center.
Salary : $65,100 - $82,400
