What is PACE North?
PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) is a unique program that helps individuals 55 and older who qualify for nursing facility-level care remain in their homes. We provide care at our state-of-the-art center and in participants' homes. Serving the community since 2019, PACE North is expanding rapidly!
What You’ll Do:
As a Medical Assistant, you’ll play an essential role in providing both administrative and patient care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Documenting patient information in our electronic medical records system.
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments.
- Administering medications and treatments under RN supervision.
- Transporting patients to and from appointments.
- Preparing and cleaning exam rooms.
- Providing excellent service to our participants.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualifications: Medical Assistant experience or certification is preferred, CPR certification, and a high school diploma or equivalent. We welcome applicants with Medical Assistant, Nursing Assistant, or Nurse Aide experience!
- Experience: At least 6 months of clinical experience, preferably with elderly or frail populations.
- Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills are essential.

What qualifications should you bring to the table? We’re looking for that special person who loves serving others and brings a team-first approach to their career. You should be able to demonstrate at least 6 months of clinical Medical Assistant or Nurse Aide experience, an active certification or experience as a Medical Assistant, valid CPR certification, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Medical Assistant program students are also welcome to apply! It would also be helpful if you've had 1 year of experience in dealing with a frail and/or elderly preferred and had either a phlebotomy certification or appropriate training. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone with an inspirational, motivational, and creative approach!
