What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Associate (Part-Time) position at Pacers Sports & Entertainment?
The Retail Associate will set up and provide outstanding customer experience in the retail areas for each Mad Ants home game.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Report at least two hours prior to tipoff
- Set up and break down retail area for each game
- Assist in customer’s purchasing needs while creating an innovative shopping experience
- Process purchases through POS system
- Organize and maintain Mad Ant retail areas and storage area
- Assist in inventory cycle counts
- Other duties as assigned

- Available to work days, evenings, and weekends during the Mad Ants season (November – March/April)

The ability to read, analyze, and interpret instructions and reports is necessary. In addition, one should be able to write reports and correspondence. One is also required to act appropriately in a business setting and effectively communicate with co-workers, clients and the general public.
