AR Specialists assist the Staff Accountant and Accounting Manager with preparing bills receivable, invoices and bank deposits, balancing and maintaining subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting transactions, and reconciling entries.

What You’ll Do:
- Consistently ensure data is accurate and complete by preparing and recording daily transactions of business units into Acumatica and other systems; and assisting with preparing and maintaining AR records.
- Post customer payments into accounting system, prepare and process deposits, and reconcile AR, daily.
- Process, prepare, and record credit card transactions and vendor invoices.
What You’ll Bring:
- High degree of professional ethics and integrity with sound judgement and the ability to analyze situation and information effectively.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation abilities.
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to implement changes appropriately and effectively.
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of a range of accounting software programs including Microsoft Windows and Excel.
- 10-key proficiency with above average keystrokes per minute.
