Compliance, Safety and Accountability

As a carrier, safety is our top priority. Because of this, we have mandated the compliance to the rules and regulations of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and Compliance, Safety and Accountability (CSA).

CSA 2010 has 7 basic measurements.

• Unsafe Driving, Fatigued Driving, Driver Fitness, Crash indicators
• Drugs / Alcohol, Vehicle Maintenance, Improper Loading / Cargo Issues

CSA is a mandate from the FMCSA and it is designed to keep our drivers, cargo and driving public safe on our highways. PLCX takes our obligation to safety and on time service very seriously.

CSA 2010 also allows us to hold our company to the highest standards in the industry.

• 2 Years Verifiable CDL A Experience Required
• Clean MVR
• 3 Or Fewer Moving Violations in The Last 3 Years
• No DUI Convictions in the 5 Years
• NO SAP Within 5 Years
• 24 of Previous 34 Months Verified CDL A Experience
• Must Meet FMCSA Requirements
