Hiring Range: $32.31-$41.97
Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience. Pro-rated based on hours/week.
Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences (PNWU) was founded as a 501(c) (3) non-profit medical institution in 2005 aimed at increasing access to health care in medically underserved areas of the Pacific Northwest.
The University currently offers the degrees of Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, Doctor of Physical Therapy, Master of Arts in Medical Science, and Master of Science in Occupational Therapy enrolling over 550 students annually with plans to develop other programs and/or colleges. Interprofessional education partnerships with other universities adds another 100 students to the population. The campus includes 300 employees with academic programming spread over a five state region.

General Summary:
Oversees business operations for the Northwest Interprofessional Health Collaborative (NIHC). Manages partnership and stakeholder engagement, contract negotiation, risk mitigation, strategic priorities, development opportunities, and project management. Manages the delivery of the IPE student curriculum and faculty and professional development programs, manages programmatic outcomes assessment & reporting, develops, and maintains campus and community partnerships to advance IPE and collaborative practice, develops and maintains NIHC policies & procedures, manages the budget for the collaborative and oversees communications for the collaborative.
Essential Job Functions:
• Manages the delivery of the IPE student curriculum and faculty and professional development programs. Coordinates curriculum development and implementation including creation of training materials, schedules, and communications.
• Provides financial oversite for the NIHC, including budgetary control, business planning, revenue generation & grants, and contract negotiation for vendors and partners. Sets appropriate fee structures.
• Directs the NIHC quality assurance program including data collection, sharing, evaluation, and reporting.
• Facilitates strategic planning for the NIHC including identifying strategic priorities, managing needs assessment, progress reports, and evaluating priorities and achievement of goals.
• Promotes NIHC growth and expansion through development efforts, marketing, management of projects, and partnership development.
• Performs other related duties as assigned and based on departmental need.
