The Treasury Management Consultant is responsible for providing treasury management sales support to Relationship Managers and Business Bankers as they bring in new deposit relationships and generate direct sales of treasury management services. This position is responsible for marketing treasury management products and services as well as ancillary products and services such as Merchant Services, Purchase Card, etc. The incumbent will provide consultative support to Relationship Managers and Business Bankers in order to develop sales and aggressively increase deposit relationships and the use of treasury management products and services for the designated customer and prospect base.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinates sales efforts with Relationship Managers, Business Bankers and team members in order to assist with acquiring new business and strengthening existing client relationships;
Conduct prospect needs analysis and develop proposed service solutions/sales presentations to develop new business opportunities with organizations to make efficient use of cash.
Partners with Relationship Managers to develop new Cash Management sales opportunities for existing customers through a consultative sales approach.
Conduct customer needs analysis and develop proposed service solutions/sales presentations to develop new business opportunities with organizations to make efficient use of cash.
Meet with existing business clients to expand relationships and to ensure proper servicing of clients.
Meet regularly with Relationship Business Bankers to identify opportunities and provide information on products, services and unique applications.
Provide consultative training to ensure an understanding of the Bank’s product offerings, and communicate product changes and enhancements.
Provide detailed sales reports to management on a weekly, and monthly basis.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 years of treasury management related experience.
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Certified Cash Manager (CCM) designation preferred.

Salary : $75,200 - $95,200
