What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seasonal Cleaner and Light Maintenance position at Pacific Properties (Greenwood Farms Apartments)?
We are looking for an employee to take care of our apartments and carry out cleaning and some light maintenance/painting duties. The goal is to thoroughly clean each unit after move-outs to be ready for new move-ins.
Responsibilities
- Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
- Carry out heavy cleansing tasks in some cases
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Make adjustments and minor repairs
- Help with painting units
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Skills
- Proven working experience as a cleaner
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Dependability

- High school degree
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
