What are the responsibilities and job description for the Room Attendant position at Pacifica Hotels?
Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the job include but are not limited to:
- Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times, while providing personalized service to hotel
- Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members.
- Clean guest rooms to Company standards including but not limited to making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms completely, wiping down walls,
- Clean rooms within the minutes-per-room guideline established by the Executive Housekeeper and General Manager
- Follow Company policy for room amenities
- Turn in all items left in guestroom to manager
- Maintain complete security of master room Return the key at the end of shift.
- Never leave the property with keys
- Report any maintenance items that need immediate repairs
- Assist with laundry as needed
- Report any missing/found articles or damage to the Executive Housekeeper immediately
- Provide assistance to other team members and departments to contribute to the best overall performance of the department and property
- Perform other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management

Pay Range: $18.00-19.73/hr
