What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Services Specialist position at Paciolan?
Client Services Specialist (CSS) provide significant client facing project coordination and monitor complex implementation for both new and established clients. Responsible for advising clients and taking the lead role in driving project plans including best practices, strategy and execution of digital seat selection technology (Ballena). Works closely with the project team to ensure that projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Serves as liaison between the company and client in order to provide world class service and support.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive the process to create, execute and manage full implementation of annual seat selection process. Revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
- Identify operational improvements by providing and managing project plans, including best practices and written documentation
- Manages day-to-day operation and strategic aspects of project and scope
- Liaison between project and development team and the client
- Draft, prepare and present project notes and metrics for post project reviews, both internal and external
- Collaborate with other internal stakeholders within Paciolan to ensure project efficiency and effective communication
- Ensure project documents are complete and accurate
- Lead and facilitate team and client meetings effectively
- Resolve and/or escalate issues to senior management when needed
- Manage product go-live/site launch, determine necessary support needs including internal staffing

Education & Training
- 3 years experience with software implementations preferred
- Core project management training a plus
- Related Bachelor’s degree preferred
The approximate base pay range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience as well as geographic location.
