Job Description:
The Junior Project/Account Manager is an integral team member and is actively involved with every aspect of the sales process from creative project/product research through proposal generation, order entry and project management. This person works directly with the CEO.
Candidates must have a proven track record of success in a, deadline-driven, fast-paced environment with a demonstrated ability to provide exceptional sales support and customer service while also showing the ability to lead and work independently. The position requires immaculate attention to detail, creative thinking, outstanding project management and communication skills along with exceptional written and verbal skills and highly proficient computer abilities.
The work environment is friendly, dynamic, fast paced, casual, and very international both with members of staff as well as daily business affairs.
The main part of our production capabilities are in Asia.
Responsibilities:
The Junior Project/Account manager assists with all aspects of sales and customer service including developing creative ideas, researching and sourcing products, creating proposals, negotiating vendor pricing, reviewing artwork and layouts, initiating orders and scheduling production. In addition, the Junior project/Account Manager is ultimately responsible for ensuring that orders are produced and delivered on schedule and to specification. There is heavy communication with customers, suppliers, and sales people and immaculate record keeping and clear communication are essential.
Key responsibilities include:
Product research and sourcing
Soliciting supplier quotes and negotiate pricing
Preparing client quotes, proposals, and presentations
Processing orders
Confirming production schedules and ship dates
Working with clients to obtain or prepare artwork and layouts
Previewing client artwork
Overseeing product proof approvals
Communicating order details with suppliers, customers, and salespeople
Maintaining client files
Confirming production schedules and ship dates
Successfully managing projects from start to finish
Requirements:
-> A solid proficiency in NUMBERS (or EXCEL) and PAGES (or WORD)
-> Fluency in English and comfortable working with different cultures and nationalities on a daily basis
-> Detail and precision-oriented, experienced in time management in a fast-paced setting
-> A willingness to learn about new products and their technical specificities as this is key to pricing and negotiation
-> A positive attitude and a sense of humor!

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
