Integrated Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a competent, detail-oriented marketing assistant to assist with client reporting and project tasks, providing support and participating in initiatives with project managers and PR/marketing specialists.

Individuals must be reliable, hardworking, and able to multi-task; the majority of the responsibilities will be administrative with some marketing-related projects.

This is a part-time position, 5-10 hours per week. Some work can be done remotely but there is work that can only be done in the office. 

Duties and Responsibilities

The main responsibility of this position is the support of operational and administrative tasks, including but not limited to database entry, report generation, market research, and coordination of meetings and related written correspondence.

This position will assist with clients’ PR, marketing, events, and advertising programs, from assisting with projects and initiatives, and the tracking, measuring, reporting of results, and participation in marketing activities. 

Requirements

• Currently located in Hawaii, and/or with prior experience in Hawaii for work/education
• At least 3-6 months of proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar
• Excellent English writing and verbal communications
• High attention to detail
• Proactive and hardworking
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Computer and general office equipment skills
• Must be able to read/write - Japanese
• Typing at least 60 words per minute
• Very organized
• High school diploma

• Higher education or training in office and business administration
• Understanding of and a passion for the Asia-Pacific Markets
