We are looking for a part-time Packaging Clerk to support our Shipping department. You will be responsible for building and packaging products per customer requirements. As a Packaging Clerk you are integral part of the shipping process, ensuring that all products are packaged correctly, efficiently and with the highest quality.
Responsibilities:
- Packaging materials per government/commercial requirements.
- Have general understanding of pack N Marks
- Attending meetings with shipping department
- Must obtain certification to operate material handling equipment.
- Perform daily standard work and 5S
- Perform other related duties as assigned not limited to flexing to other departments.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Verifies shipping data and product for quality and accuracy.
- Clean as you go and maintain packaging inventory areas. Perform various material handling duties related to job tasks.
- Pull and stock production kits, MRO, and Line supplies.
- Pack under general guidance of Supervisor and Transportation personnel.

- Attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy in packaging and labeling.
- Time management: Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift packages up to 50 lbs.
- Manual dexterity: Handling small parts and packaging materials effectively.

- Basic computer skills: Familiarity with inventory management systems and email.
- Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly.
- Teamwork: Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to handle various tasks and changing priorities.

- Must be 18 years of age

The salary range for this position is $16.00 to $29.02 hourly.
