What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Support Specialist position at PAE?

This is a contingent position.
PAE is currently seeking Administrative Support Specialists based in Charlottesville, VA.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide general office support including planning, organizing, and supporting conferences and training events
- Assist in record keeping and management of office files
- Assist with logistics services and property book management
- Assist in office management during special events
- Identify office supply requirements to the government
- Purchase card holder
- Process, create, and manage purchase requests, purchase orders, and invoices
- Create travel orders and manage travel staffing
- Perform administrative processes such as initiating visit requests
Required Qualifications:
- 6 years' specialized administrative support experience with DoD customers
- Proficient using most recent version of MS Office Suite of applications (e.g., MS
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project)
- Ability to use specialized business software systems
- Familiarity with time-keeping duties and travel order processing procedures
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance
- U.S. citizenship
Desired Qualifications:
- An active DoD security clearance
- 10 years' specialized administrative support experience with DoD customers
