Project Manager
PAE is currently seeking a Project Manager in Charlottesville, VA to enhance and support customers investigative efforts in Counterintelligence and Counterterrorism
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide programmatic support to include development of program plans, schedules, development of program budgets and spend plans, attendance at and provision of oral briefings, development of implementation plans and other written documents that describe planned, ongoing, or future operations or tasks related to mobile lab capabilities required to support specific tasks.
- Synchronize customer and contractor activities to ensure mission success in current operations; coordinates future operations.
- Serves as the single POC between the Government’s Contracting Officer and/or the Contracting Officer’s Representative for the Task Order.
- Responsible for maintaining, executing, an updating an effective program communication plan.
- Prepare, monitor, and verify contract deliverables submitted to the Government customer.
- Provide oversight, management, and tracking of all taskings from Government customers.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining an effective staffing and recruiting plan including a pipeline of cleared candidates.
- Responsible for maintaining and enhancing all onboarding/off boarding protocol for all program personnel.
- The PjM serves as the POC for the following administrative/management responsibilities: team schedule and leave management, time reporting, training, performance reviews, evaluations, and other activities, as required.
- Participate in weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly customer and leadership meetings as required.
- Participate in business development opportunities to include development of the strategic growth plan for the Division.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or a bachelor’s degree with five years of directly relatable experience.
- Five (5) years of experience working in the intelligence community environment.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III for Program Management.
- Demonstrated strong management and leadership; written and oral communications skills; familiarity with industry best practices; and Government contract and subcontract management.
- Demonstrated skills, knowledge and abilities in project management, task management, budgeting, scheduling, team coordination, quality and productivity measurement, client satisfaction, and technical and management analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with senior members of external organizations to develop and support technical positions, and to justify technical recommendations.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize multiple on-going projects
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret security clearance and CI Polygraph.
