Position Summary: Responsible for being the first and last impression for every patient encounter at the clinic. This position will also be the gatekeeper for all incoming patient and clinic information. This is a very high volume position.
Essential Functions:
- Patient experience
- Filing of all pertinent documents
- Use of a printer
- Scanning, faxing, and copying
- Updating Conversion Tracking Sheet (CTS)
- Over The Counter (OTC) collections and daily collection log
- EMR (Practice Fusion)
- Scanning
- Patient demographics
- Scheduling patient appointments
- New patient intake forms
Education and Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel minimum)
- Ability to multi-task
- Bilingual a plus
