Painters on Demand is seeking a Project Supervisor that can support our high standards and professionalism to our clients and internal team. This role will work alongside our operations and team of technicians to complete a wide range of Commercial painting projects. Projects can vary from a complete building repaint to parking lot striping.
Responsibilities Include:
- Supervise, coordinate, or schedule the activities of a small group of paint technicians.
- Prioritize, delegate and perform all work placing safety first in all things.
- Record daily time, production, and site conditions.
- Continually inspect work sites, surveying for potential hazards or safety concerns.
Requirements:
- Experience as a supervisor, working with multiple crews.
- Good communication skills to work effectively and safely.
- Valid Florida driver’s license in good standing.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $70,000.00 per year
