Responsibilities
People & Culture:
Support the recruiting and HR administration of the employee population in your location.
In partnership with the Recruiting Team, monitor job postings, review resumes, support interview scheduling, and offer/pre hire processes.
Facilitate new employee orientation, ensure new employees have the materials, equipment, and training to start their new career at Pair.
Work with managers on onboarding plans.
In partnership with the Director or People & Culture administer HR processes related to daily employee needs (time tracking, benefits questions, performance management support, off boarding).
Review employee feedback and partner with the leadership team to implement improvements plans
Plan and execute local culture initiatives, including office events and employee experiences i.e., happy hours, cheers & shoutouts, new hire lunches, etc.
Be a culture champion.
Workplace & Building Operations:
Manage relationships with local vendors and service providers for cost control and quality assurance.
Engage with Landlords in partnership with your supervisor to handle any building-related escalations.
Work with department heads, vendors, finance to maintain scopes, timing, and budget for any office related work.
Help develop and implement health & safety processes, communications, and office reconfigurations in compliance with IIPP and response to the COVID-19 crisis.
Skills & Experiences:
4 years or equivalent experience in office operations, facilities operations, site operations, or property management leadership role. Customer service experience required.
Experience in some of the following is preferred: HR Administration or Generalist functions, hospitality, multi-unit retail, startups, office management
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred in Human Resources, Business, Project Management, Hospitality, or other related degrees.
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, project management, and business operations experience.

Organizational skills coupled with attention to detail and follow-up
Experience in a multi-office environment
Knowledge of Google Suite, ATS (Greenhouse), HRIS tools is preferred.
