About the Opportunity
As a Care Operations Recruiter at Pair Team, you will play a critical role in scaling a clinical workforce that delivers high-quality care to underserved communities. You will play an integral part in high-volume full-cycle recruiting for our Clinical Operations teams, which includes Registered Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Behavioral Health clinicians, case managers, and more. In this position you will shape the company's future by helping us grow the provider team with exceptional individuals and, in turn, ensuring top-notch patient care.
This is a fully remote position based out of the United States. While we have a distributed team, most of our clinical positions are based in California - candidates outside of PST should plan to interview in PST hours.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for our Clinical Operations team(s) with the support of a Recruiting Coordinator and Senior Recruiter
- Attract, source, and screen applicants using a variety of innovative techniques
- Build and maintain a strong network of clinical professionals through various outreach efforts, including via emails, Greenhouse ATS, Linkedin, Indeed and other sources regularly
- Sell Pair Team's story, growth trajectory, business priorities, and culture like a pro
- Track start goals and deadlines, working collaboratively with your hiring team to ensure that they are met
- Deliver a high-quality and holistic candidate experience
- Partner with hiring managers to define and implement recruiting strategies, including assessing talent and sourcing passive and diverse candidates
- Make recommendations based on information developed through prescreens, interviews, reference checks, applications, and resumes
- Identify challenges and implement change to improve our workflow and manage partnership expectations
- Collaborate cross-functionally to continuously improve the recruiting process
- Assist our recruiting team with ongoing projects and ad-hoc needs as they arise
What You’ll Need
- 3 years of recruiting experience with at least 1 year in a high-volume or high-growth clinical recruiting environment (healthtech and/or startup experience is a big plus!)
- Demonstrated track record of excellence in sourcing and assessing clinical talent
- Experience with Google Suite and an Applicant Tracking System, preferably Greenhouse
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation
- An ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- A deep understanding of how to navigate sourcing tools and major US medical job boards and social media networks to find relevant candidates
- Awareness of pertinent employment legislation and employment market trends
- Strong work ethic and sense of personal accountability – own driving results for the mission, business, and candidate experience
- Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
- Passion for helping individuals experiencing complex chronic needs such as homelessness, severe mental illness, and substance use disorder
- Bonus points for Spanish fluency
