Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our organization. You will play a crucial role in improving processes and ensuring the smooth functioning of all departments.
Duties:
- Manage and supervise all operational activities within the organization, including sourcing, manufacturing and shipping
- Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
- Conduct regular performance evaluations to ensure high-quality work and productivity
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to optimize operational performance
Skills:
- 8 years of experience in project management, ensuring successful execution from start to finish
-Experience in ISO9001 organization, GMP facilities, and clean rooms desired
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on process improvement
- Strategic planning skills to drive business growth and achieve organizational goals
- Ability to supervise projects and ensure seamless coordination between teams
