What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Helper position at Palace Imports, Inc.?
Will train for all office operations which will include:
- Creating shipping labels by using ShipWorks
- Processing orders from E-Commerce partners such as Wayfair, Overstock, Amazon, Houzz, eBay, etc.
- Communicating with E-Commerce partners' customer care representatives
- Answering phones, taking orders from furniture stores and entering into QuickBooks
Preferred Skills:
- e-Commerce experience
- Good writing and communication skills
- Customer relations experience
Higher pay for:
- Web design and maintenance professionals
Preferred Basic Software Knowledge:
- QuickBooks
- Excel, MS Word
- Photoshop, Corel Draw is a plus
Job Details:
- Languages: Spanish is a plus
- Hours: 9 am - 5 pm Monday through Friday
