IT TECH SUPPORT
The IT Technical Support will provide technical assistance, maintenance, and support to users with applicable software issues.
Additionally, the tech support will ask qualifying questions to provide reliable solutions, track resolutions, oversee standing issues, and train as needed.
Primary Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance via phone or email to help support and resolve user issues.- Monitor and track issues until problems are resolved.
- Communicate instructions and processes to users timely and effectively.
- Research and troubleshoot issues when required.
- Maintain status of issues from start to finish, communicating with other departments as needed to help with resolutions.
- Stay up-to-date with software updates and changes in methods.
- Write technical training material as needed.
- Train computer users when required.
**This position is an on-site position located in Little Rock, AR
**Shift is 4 hours a day and the hours can be flexible between 7:30am-5:00pm
Requirements
2 years of relevant technical or customer service experience.- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating system and related software(s).
- Communicate and work well with others.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Troubleshoot related problems effectively and timely.
