Description
We are seeking energetic, enthusiastic, and customer service focused candidates for this position within our Neighborhood Winery Tasting Room in Los Angeles.
Duties:
- Completing opening/closing sidework
- Setup and breakdown of dining areas
- Maintaining running sidework
- Completing cleaning assignments
- Bussing plateware, utensils and glassware to appropriate stations
- Wiping down and sanitizing tables, chairs and floors in between turns
- Washing dishes and utensils
- Polishing silverware and doing roll ups
- Running food to tables and pick up order numbers
- Learning all the details of the food program
- Stocking station with roll-ups and plates
- Assisting in changing out kegs
- Sweeping/mopping as needed
- Ensuring restrooms are stocked and well maintained
- Responding to guest requests in a timely manner
- Adhering to uniform guidelines
- Maintaining a high level of personal hygiene
- Maintaining a professional demeanor
- Assisting guests as needed
- Participating in teamwork during downtime
- Participating in team meetings/training

- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, evenings, and adapt to a flexible schedule
- This position will involve the ability to lift, carry and/or transport 40 pounds (a case of wine) is necessary
