Job Summary The Account Representative is responsible for maintaining relationships with current accounts, and developing new relationships with potential accounts. Principle Duties and Responsibilities Services and maintains positive relationships with the current customer base Resolves customer problems on a timely basis Identifies customer's needs and presents solutions by recommending potential product enhancements or modifications Generates new sales by promoting product line to new and existing customers Monitors sales market in assigned region Prepares various reports as required Performs other duties as required Qualifications Minimum high school diploma; preferred bachelor's degree Minimum of one to three years of experience in the field or related area. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook and other software for business applications Preferred manufacturing background, but not required Preferred experience and knowledge of UFP’s organization, culture, and product lines The Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
