Responsibilities
- Open the salon in the morning and prepare for the day's operations
- Advise customers on our skincare products and their benefits
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
- Maintain a clean and organized salon
- Handle cash and perform daily administrative tasks
- Track progress towards personal and team goals
- Consult with customers in a professional and upbeat manner
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time
- Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible availability in the mornings, including weekends
