Role Description
Palm House Dining Room is set to become the most exclusive reservation on the island. Boasting an intimate setting at the heart of our newly renovated hotel, The Dining Room is going to be a favorite of guests and locals alike.
This is a full-time on-site Sous Chef (PM) role at Palm House in Palm Beach, FL. The Sous Chef will be responsible for overseeing the evening culinary operations, collaborating with the culinary team, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining kitchen sanitation standards. This role involves creating and executing menus, supervising kitchen staff, and contributing to a seamless dining experience for guests. Qualifications
- Experience in culinary arts, menu planning, and food preparation
- Experience with Modern Japanese Cuisine or Sushi is highly preferred
- Knowledge of kitchen sanitation standards and food safety regulations
