We are looking for a Lease Administrator to take on a challenging position in our growing company. The ideal candidate for this position is an experienced professional with a background in real estate management and in working with large-scale administrative tasks. We are primarily looking for individuals who have prior experience in customer service, as the successful candidate will need to work closely with tenants and prospective tenants to coordinate on-site visits, review lease agreements and perform other tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Enter new leases into the database.
- Review renewals for accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate lease renewal plans to managers.
- Communicate with outside vendors about lease renewal options.
- Validate all leases on file for accuracy and completeness.
- Be a good communicator.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $49,717.00 - $52,925.00 per year
