This position will be focused on inventory accounting and Accounts Payable functions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform AP functions as needed
- Purchase order process management
- Enter invoices.
- Set for payment in our ERP system.
Cost Accounting
- ERP Formulation creation & maintenance
- Bill Of Material Creation and maintenance
- Evaluate labor, material, & overhead variances
Inventory accounting work
- Receipt tracking
- Inventory level management
- Raw Materials
- WIP
- Finished Goods
Requirements
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Must possess an associates in accounting or business / or have at least 2 years of related experience.
- Proficient computer skills including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer
- Prior SAP or Oracle experience is a plus.
- Must be detail oriented and extremely organized
- Must have excellent customer service skills and demonstrated ability to maintain good relations with employees, supervisors and the public
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated
- Must be able to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Must be able to work independently and exercise good judgment.
- Must have valid Florida driver’s license and personal automobile available to use during working hours, must also be insurable for automobile insurance with company’s auto insurance carrier
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
Essential physical requirements:
- Must be physically able to do assigned work as outlined above. Must be physically able to sit and use the computer for hours at a time
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds
- Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions
