Description
The primary function of the Sales Manager is to supervise the daily operations of truck sales within the department and ensure that sales goals are met and that the department is profitable.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Heavy Duty Truck market with sales and management experience.
Proven ability to motivate a sales team and persuasive and optimistic demeanor.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should know basic computer skills.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Position requires the ability to operate motor vehicles and have a safe driving record. Current Commercial Driver's License is preferred but not required.

Sufficient manual dexterity to operate office equipment (or operate a PC)
