The Roadside Assistance (RA) Coordinator role is focused on completing the daily functions required for RA Member Relations Department to facilitate all processing, claims, and administrative functions, and customer resolution by completing the list of job duties provided below.
Essential Job Functions:
- Research, review and approve RA Member reimbursement claims following program guidelines and established procedures
- Communicate with other RA Department Team members, Departments, Customer Service and Dispatch provider as needed to resolve dispatch related RA member issues
- Interact with Customer Service Representatives to resolve issues regarding member claims, issues and concerns via Help Desk phone
- Observe, analyze, report and communicate to RA Program Supervisor claims issues and trends
- Assist with monitoring of the Call Center and Dispatch Provider representatives to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
- Support RA Program Supervisor with daily customer service needs related to RA, customer satisfaction, and claims resolution
- Facilitate RA Cancellation Program list processing to include data compiling, form letter generation, mail merge, copying and archiving, customer look-up, etc.
- Participate in Customer Service and Dispatch Quality Assurance monitoring
- Attend and assist with coordination of RA shows, rallies and events; as well as attend and participate in industry events as needed
- Review, resolve and report on issues received from member satisfaction surveys to ensure quality assurance
- Other projects as assigned
Essential Job Skills:
- Minimum of one year experience in RV roadside assistance programs, and two years customer service experience.
- Strong organization, written and verbal communication skills -- able to present information to customers, partners, and to industry in small to large groups.
- Working knowledge of current membership database management systems.
- Strong Microsoft Office working knowledge including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
- Must demonstrate ability to manage multiple tasks in an organized manner.
- Some travel required
Compensation from $12.32 and above, dependent on experience.
