We are looking for an energetic caregiver to go in the homes of our wonderful clients. To provide them with the necessities of daily living. The perfect candidate will possess the skills listed below:
Responsibilities
- Ensure clients receive their medication on time
- Support clients who can’t transfer on their own, if needed
- Help clients dress, bathe, eat etc., when needed
- Assist clients with physical therapy exercises when needed
- Light meal preparation when needed
- Help customers with their shopping, if needed
- Do necessary housekeeping to maintain a clean environment
- Provide emotional support
- Keeping up with client’s health process
- Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
Skills
- Proven experience as personal care assistant is preferred but not necessary
- Committed to health & safety
- Able to do housework and light meal preparation, when necessary
- Well-organized and reliable
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Positive and compassionate attitude
- Strong ethics
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 per hour
