Qualifications; A professional, friendly appearance is expected as you will be interacting with customers daily. Good oral and written communication skills are a must. Experience in a collision business or a insurance business is helpfull. Knowledge of the CCC System is a big plus as this is the system we use. I-Car certification will be required as well as a willingness to continue learning through training. A valid driivers license. Inspect, analyze and evauate damage to vhicle. Inspect unrelated damage and document. Photos and uploads as required. Check parts for accuracy and damage. Keep customer and insurance company updated throughout the repair process.
